Harbor Management Commission is a 9-member commission that oversees operations of the Norwalk Harbor and conducts studies of the conditions of the harbor. They are held responsible to enforce, update, and implement the Harbor Management Plan. They work with public, private and other organizations that provide service or other facilities based on the harbor.

About the Commission

The mission of the Norwalk Harbor Management Commission is to evaluate issues, make recommendations, and provide support to the City of Norwalk in preserving and enhancing the use, vitality, and quality of life associated with the Norwalk Harbor and Long Island Sound.

*Please note: All persons with an interest in the harbor are invited to attend the commission's monthly meetings. Comments or suggestions with respect the the harbor or the Harbor Management Plan may be given to the commission at any time.

Mooring location / mooring number must be obtained from the harbormaster prior to filling out mooring application. Mooring fees to be paid online only at Online Mooring. Checks are no longer accepted. To obtain mooring location / mooring number or if you are having any issues with Online Mooring please contact the harbormaster at: HarborMaster@norwalkct.org
