Public safety and general government is a subcommittee of the Norwalk City Council. The Committee’s responsibilities include approval of the Police and Fire department action items and requests. The Committee moves action items from Personnel and other City departments that have broader safety related impacts. The Committee discusses issues that impact safety and quality of life and work in the City.
