FOOD SERVICES EMPLOYEES PENSION PLAN BOARD
The Food Services Employees Pension Board shall have those powers as set forth in the Food Service Employees Pension Plan dated February 1, 1981. The Food Services Employees Pension Board may, by unanimous vote of all three members, propose amendments to the Food Service Employees Pension Plan, subject to approval of the Common Council of the City of Norwalk. No such amendment shall become effective until it has been approved by a majority vote of said body.
