AFFORDABLE HOUSING ACCOUNT COMMITTEE

The Affordable Housing Account Committee reviews applications and makes recommendations on the use of Affordable Housing Account funds to support the development, preservation, rehabilitation, and expansion of affordable housing opportunities throughout the city. The committee also works alongside City staff and departments to help shape funding priorities, establish application criteria and policies, review proposed projects, and support transparency and accountability through reporting and public meetings. This Committee will begin its work after July 2026.
